| I
am writing to thank your entire staff
for going "beyond the call of
duty." Briefly, we
scheduled to have Steamagic clean the
carpets in a house we were
purchasing. We wanted to have
the carpets cleaned before we moved
in, so we scheduled you a few days
after our anticipated closing
date. The people we were
purchasing the house from ran into
some problems on their end and asked
us to delay the closing a week.
We complied and you readily agreed to
change our appointment to the day
after our closing.
Unfortunately
our sellers did not hold up their end
of the deal and rather then be out of
the house by noon the day of the
closing, they finally left late that
evening. This required us to
reschedule the cleaning crew to the
next morning bumping you until later
that morning
three
times we asked you to reschedule, the
last time less than 24 hours prior to
your anticipated arrival. Your
staff could not have been nicer to
what must have seemed like the most
obnoxious customer ever! In the
midst of such a nightmare, I've spared
you all of the problems with our
sellers prior to this it was so
comforting to receive your cooperation
and patience. We are customers
for life now and will spread the news
to every neighbor and friend we can
think of! Customer service is so
often an intangible asset but clearly
here it was good business on your
part.

In the past 3 weeks I have
had your company out to my house twice for
two different projects. During the 17
years that I have been in this home, I have
had my carpets cleaned many times.
However, never to the degree that I've
experienced from STEAMAGIC!
Yes, you heard right, my
carpets are 17 years old and we were
seriously considering replacing them.
But not now! Your guys literally put
new life into our carpets. They look
absolutely awesome!
I would also like to
commend both crews, Bob M. & Dan B. on
the first visit, and Dean & Mike on the
second. They were extremely thorough
and professional. Not only will I use
you again, I will recommend STEAMAGIC to
anyone who needs carpet "revival!"

was very pleased with the results, with their promptness in coming and
in the speed with which they worked. You are to commended for

they are dissatisfied. I thought I ought to send a note of
gratitude because I am satisfied. Though I did not get their

To Company Manager:
We have been customers of Steamagic
for several years but have never had more courteous, efficient and
excellent work done as yesterday. The two gentlemen are a credit
to your company (and made us wish we could have the rugs cleaned more
often).
Joe Guga and Joe Schifano were
pleasant, considerate and good workers. In addition, Mr. Guga
noticed my music on the piano. I am a musician and singer and
asked him to play for me. He helped me with a song I am learning
for a wedding. Both of us were completely amazed at his beautiful
talent for singing and playing the piano! (We were fortunate it
was their last stop so the few extra minutes were not so crucial.)
Joe Schifano promised to come back in
the morning since the scotch guard had run out and he was promptly back
at 8:00 am today to quickly finish.
We were very well pleased with the
work, the rugs look so nice now. We'll be sure to recommend your
company to friends and relatives. The two gentlemen who came here
are good public relations men for your firm.
